{"id":527,"date":"2026-05-31T15:36:38","date_gmt":"2026-05-31T15:36:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.larioride.com\/?page_id=527"},"modified":"2026-05-31T15:38:39","modified_gmt":"2026-05-31T15:38:39","slug":"termini-e-condizioni","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.larioride.com\/en\/termini-e-condizioni\/","title":{"rendered":"rental terms &amp; conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rental Terms &amp; Conditions<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Driver Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To rent a Vespa, drivers must hold a valid driving licence that legally entitles them to operate the selected vehicle under Italian law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The vehicle may only be driven by the renter named in the rental agreement and any additional drivers expressly authorised by LarioRide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Security Deposit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A security deposit of \u20ac500 is required at vehicle collection by credit card or another payment method accepted by LarioRide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The deposit may be used to cover vehicle damage, missing accessories, traffic fines, administrative charges or any other amounts due under the rental agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vehicle Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The vehicle must be used in accordance with Italian traffic laws and all applicable regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following are strictly prohibited:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>allowing unauthorised persons to drive the vehicle;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>using the vehicle for unlawful purposes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>participating in races or competitions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>using the vehicle negligently or improperly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fuel Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Missing fuel and any applicable refuelling charges will be billed according to the rental agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vehicle Return<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The vehicle must be returned at the agreed location, date and time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Late returns may incur additional charges. A fee of \u20ac20 applies for each hour of delay. Delays exceeding 3 hours may result in the charge of an additional rental day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Traffic Fines and Violations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The renter is responsible for all traffic fines, parking charges, tolls and related administrative fees incurred during the rental period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damage, Theft and Loss<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The renter is responsible for the vehicle and all supplied accessories from the time of collection until the vehicle is returned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any damage, theft or loss involving the vehicle, keys, documents, helmets or accessories may be charged in accordance with the rental agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accidents<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any accident, damage or incident involving the vehicle must be reported to LarioRide as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rental Agreement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before the vehicle is released, the renter will be required to sign the full rental agreement and related contractual documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By making a reservation, the renter acknowledges and accepts these Rental Terms &amp; Conditions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rental Terms &amp; Conditions Driver Requirements To rent a Vespa, drivers must hold a valid driving licence that legally entitles them to operate the selected vehicle under Italian law.
